Very terrible IMO. I was dealt some card that had been bent in half practically.
I folded my hand. Brougtht it to the dealer's attention but how could he even deal me a card of such. He had to feel how unnormal the card was while dealing it to me.
What are rules for this and do they differ by state? Most likely a response could be all casinos are different.
Well, I guess it really differs based on how good/professional the poker room you are playing at. At Crown Casino in Melbourne, Australia
, dealers are so good that they can spot tiny fingernail imprints, let alone deformed cards. Once they notice it or a player at the table makes a legitimate complaint, one of the floor supervisors will be notified by the dealer and a new deck of cards will be brought over. The marked deck will then be taken out of circulation.
