Just got my 2nd phone call from a nice lady at Absolute Poker offering me tempting bonuses to go back to their site.
I'm thinking of taking them up on this but after going into the site their fees seem to be the highest on the net. For a start they charge 20% on the micro SnGs and 16.6% on the $6 SnGs.
Also, it's hard to find a cash game that actually ISN'T a jackpot game; meaning they take much more rake - for a prize I'm hardly likely to win.
I've also heard their low buy-in tourny fees are quite high. (I couldn't even find info on this!)
This means that if I do re-join, I'll probably just mainly play the $10 SnGs.
As I was thinking of re-joining poker stars as well, I just wanted to know what the general feeling is here regarding Absolute Poker V. Poker Stars. It seems it's a case of High Fees and Softer Competition V. Lower Fees, Tougher Competition but better choice of games.
Also does anyone play Absolute's $10 SnGs? And what are they like?
Thanks
