most likely misread the hand. post the hand history if you have save my hand histories enabled from the options menu. They will be saved to this directory: Program Files\full tilt poker\Hand History

Quads obviously beats a full house so either you read it wrong or FT have got a problem. You need to contact them to get this sorted one way or the other.

You can check it in hand history. Read there what happened really, cos I think (like the guys in the previous posts) you misread the hand too.

...id love to seethwe hand history like everyone else...i really think you red the hand wrong...
although, i did read a stroy once about when hellmuth won a hand he actually lost....the software in the site (cant remember the site, its on his wiki) gave the money to him by accident....id definitley find out thouhg..id email full tilt support immediaitaly..cause they could have a glitvh in the software..and im 99% sure if you do, theyll give you some sort of bonus token or something as a thanks, or else even your buy in back for this tourney...cause it could have resulted in you not winnint it...

I would think it is 100% certain it is a misread of the cards in both hands and on the table. May have done it not paying attention to the cards dealt and thinking you had another hand. Been there and done that before.

sure would like to see the hand history on this.

I'm in suspense too. Some key stuff is missing from the OP. When I read "i am playing on fulltilt have pocket j" I didn't know whether an "a" or "'s" had been left out. There's a huge difference between having a jack in the hole and pocket j's. Then again, I'm a fairly literal reader--maybe I should brush up on reading typo :). Also, the turn card was not identified.

Another aspect is that I actually saw something like this while playing a live cash game. The dealer was blurry-eyed tired but believe me the players were all over his misread and the guy with quads was awarded the pot in nanoseconds.

So while I have a reference for this sort of thing happening live, I can't imagine it happening online.
