One of the players at our home game insists that there is a rule that you can fold or go all in at any time - even out of turn. You can simply usurp the action of others and go all in in any position if it is to your advantage.
I've looked extensively and can't find anything to support this in Robert's or TDA. There are statements that you can go all-in at any time, but the implication is you can do it if it's your turn. The rules about acting in turn are quite specific.
Even after showing him TDA and Robert's Rules, he says I'm wrong and that the local casino allows it.
