AK cooler or could I get away?

I have a stack of 450
Player UTG (stack 235) opens from UTG+1 for 13.
I make it 45 from UTG+2 with AK offsuit. He flats. Flop comes K 10 6
He checks
I bet 60 into the pot of 93
He check raise shoves for 150 total
I call and he tables a set of 10s
Could I have played this any differently ?

You could only flat pre since he opens pretty big. But i can't see how you ever get away there postflop anyway. If you check back flop the money probably goes in on turn and river.

Was this game with a straddle?

No straddle, but it was loose so standard open was 13-17. If I flatted probably 4 more would call behind.

I was having to open hands like AQ to 20-23 to avoid 5 way pots.

You can't get away with this cooler unless your name happened to be Mike Postle.
Exactly what nairolph87 had mentioned, all chips will be in the middle either on the turn or river. You are doomed the moment you received your hold cards.
