Age/Gender -- Does it matter?

I think you gotta weigh up the pros and cons with the young and old issues and the moral ethics of what you're saying (put the side issue in the brackets). Sure, pre-flop and post-flop shenanigens dictate that it could go either way but I digress a bit here.

After all is said and done, they say it's a game of two halves and at the end of the day I guess I need to make a stand and say something real...

Does "Quote-gobble-de-gook, wobbleitabout&thatquot give you the edge? And by the grey one I mean the button to the dealer. Should older players shoot the breeze on a Saturday night and play the joker and phantom as well!!?? That's a fine question. I prefer three of us in a cafe quaffing back the hot brew.

Or have I just taken something naughty that I tell the kids not to take but which puts me in the zone? I don't really have a clue. Thoughts?

My opinion, you are gonna do what you are gonna do, there is no old or young about it, just playing the game to your best ability is all you can do.

IMO, morals are things that are beat into one as a child, and seldom get reinforced and melded into ones persona. Ethics, similar to morals, are organic outgrowths of experience incorporated into ones persona naturally.

I too find it difficult to find youngsters who show ethics, while they sometimes mention morals, I find that at best the only use them as a guide, and often disregard them totally. Of course ethics are generally only used as a guide too.

But I will agree, old and young enough to sit around and toss back a few brews should, together.
