I gotta vent this before my head explodes.

Almost the end of the 1st hour at $2 trny on PS.
DONK #1 who is UTG and your typical loose caller goes all in. Previous all in with A10s. DONK #2 calls the all in. I have no read on him since he spent over half the first hour sitting out.
ME--QQ in BB. Can't call in this spot. 90% sure D#1 has a suited ACE (AQs or worse. not AK) I put D#2 on AA or KK for calling in that spot for 75% of ships. I'll call HU against either one of them but I didn't have a good feeling about 3 way.
HAND: D#1 had AJs perfect I was right
D#2 had A9o WTF are you retarded? For 75% of your stack?
FLOP-j 7 Q TURN-4 RIVER-3
FFFFFUUUUUUUUKKKKKKKKK
please someone shoot me in the head with a LARGE GUN. ok, thank you I'm done

Sounds ridiculously frustrating. That's why the donkaments are good lessons in disciplined folding. That early in the tourney, not worth calling of your stack in a 3way pot with QQ when you can choose a better spot. Yes it always hurts to see your set flop, but you have to remember that in the long run you made the right decision. I'm still struggling with the discipline too, so I'm right there with ya!

Best,
T.

call or fold depends on what your goal is...
sometimes i just call in order to try and tripple up to have the edge of the big stack and try to go very deep.
mostly i fold...lol

I feel your pain.

I was at a fairly loose table the other night and pushed with KK knowing I would most likely get a call from someone behind me, but still pushing trying to isolate any weak A rag hands.

I get a call from someone with 10-9 clubs (who I had dominated) and of course he flops a straight.

Normally I'd refrain my typing but I did ask "why did you call with 10-9 when I had you outchipped ?" and he replied "Because I'd had enough of the game and wanted to go to bed"

Sighs !

Nothing beats my donkey who shoved all in with a pair of aces (A6o) yesterday when I had my bullets tripped and the board ends up being an ace high str8.

It was probably me :(

I've lost 3/3 times with KK in the last hour, all in preflop every time the best hand.

yep

oh man i know how you feel but you definitely did the right thing.I have seen this a million times. It can cause you to start making bad decisions especially after you see you could have won but as soon as you start playing like that it will cost you. So I think you played it perfect just remember those guys rarely make it to the final table or the money good fold
