Sometimes staying a few days or even weeks without playing can refresh your head? I see for myself, sometimes when I do not play for a few days, when I come back I get a better mind and I make more correct decisions. It looks like it's filtered and I can play better. With you, is that so?

When I'm on a bad streak I take a break for a couple of days. I think that when I play at the same time of day and on the same tables regularly, others are figuring me out better. When I play too much I play robotically, which is thus predictable and then more likely to lose.

A break in the game I shield is useful but it should not be delayed otherwise, you can fall out of the game.

I have been playing online poker for over 10 years and the only time I did not play was when I was in the hospital. I play for 8 to twelve hours a day.

When you are making wrong decisions it is always good to take a brief stop.

Breaks are good for your game

Doing things other than playing poker will always keep the game fresh, and more fun to play . That is also when you will play your best !

If you feel yourself tilting or fading and you take a break it's for sure a great sign. Being self aware only means you're getting better at the game.

ALWAYS take breaks. Especially if you're running bad.

Off course. If I a play too much in a week for example, the best is stop playing for a few days. I think about how to play, how to stay calm, how to analyze the opponents ... Then I return and play better, I feel revitalized and can choose better decisions.

Well, if you dont feel tired, you can continue playing and not stop, but if you feel that you need to have a break, take it, is good for your mind

This is absolutely true, especially when you can analyze your hands and adjust. Also may be good to try different strategies.

In poker as in any kind of activity needs to rest)of Course, after long days you need to take a pause in the game.Usually if I play 5 days in a row, then I rest at least 2-3 days.Anyway if you feel tired of the game(no matter how many days you play -you definitely need to rest)And then with new forces to play.

Good, if it caused by your will or a little tiredness, not by bad streak or disconnect.

having a break is not a bad idea if you have a run of bad cards after a couple of days away it may relax you and renew your confidence to try again

Yes , I find it a very good idea to take a break a few days off from poker when you think/decide that you need it most , like when you're tired after many repeated long sessions , when playing tournaments , or when you are angry/tilted because of many losses on cash games , you're feeling exhausted and are making mistakes , or generally when you need to freshen your mind/head to feel better , or else you start playing more and more like it's an obligation and you don't enjoy it :)

Of course it is a good break, everyone needs to rest or they will saturate and more will affect the further game (I'm an example) I hardly slept and quickly melted $ 900 for 2 weeks :(

What you said has a great influence on the game itself. Sometimes we make bad decisions because we are tired or stressed. I have a lot of difficulty concentrating on tournaments that go from 4 hours and if I have tired then ... then I can not put the best of my game even in practice

One of the things I see happening a lot is you bet with wrong hands. Sometimes a sequence of bad hands comes to you and if you are stressed, you will probably play with the next hand without caring, because you are already stressed. It happened a lot with me, for example, getting 20 hands in a row with bad cards coming in my hand, that's desperate hahaha

And there is another one, I do not know if you have already noticed the league open school, there are a lot of people that are in the first places and when you go to see the history, they play 5 tournaments a day, where to have a good classification it is necessary to play 3 hours In this tournament. Have to be like zombie hahaha
