Ever since I moved to cash i'd played full ring exclusively, but tonight i did my first 6max experiment.

So I two-tabled 25nl and decided to play really LAG. I ended up 42/32/7 over 218 hands, loosing 3 buy-ins on one table, winning 3 on the other and breaking about even overall. That was quite a roller coaster ride. I don't think i'm getting that much action ever on my usual 6 full ring tables.

I guess i'll need to study a bit if I want to be profitable playing 6max, but it's certainly something i'll try doing more in the future.

Well my recent chart looks a bit the same for 6, but u need thousands of hands to show any real pattern as u know.
Get back to us in six months w 10K hands, K?
To me NLHE is a side game, 6 man a specialty.
And yes it is fun, more interactive, and rewards aggressive play.

I <3 being a table of scared/loose money (you know, the kind that has to see the flop, but won't get in with anything but 2pair+) at 6max and just getting crazy laggy. At 25$ NL recently, there's a lot of fishy loose donation stations tho :(. So I can't be my normal spewy self profitably.

But ya, 6max is way more fun IMO. You get/give way more action.

That's a nice funny graph. Anyone have any experience with HU 50 NL cash? That must be a lot more swingy. I hear the rake is hell there though.
