I just finished playing the ferguson tournament on full tilt in which, after almost being eliminated in place 140, i made a fantastic comeback to finish in the fourth place.

This is the biggest win i had playing poker so far, $65 dollars after a long, long playing time of about five and a half hours.

But there wasn't wasted time at all, not only for the money i won, but because i learned one very important thing in this five hours, and that is: ¡¡NEVER GIVE UP!!

I was just entered in the paid places when, in a bad beat a lost about 70% of my remaining chips, leaving me only with 2.000 (almost the inicial amount), that's a hard situation to come back. But that was just what i did, with a little help from the cards, and my opponents, i managed to make those 2.000 into 50.000 in about 20 minutes.

I'll tell you later how i did in the later stages (i'm too tired rigth now and i'm going to bed).

nice job, I personally suggest playing 9 man sngs to build your bankroll since they dont take as long as the tourney and take more skill but that's just my opinion, and as you get more experienced you can move up the buy ins and multi table.

I'm doing that too, i played about 80 sitngos so far at full tilt and my average net profit was $20 last month.

When i have the time i like to play this long tournaments because if you do well it's a great way to boost your bankroll without taking too many risks.

I played the ferguson once a week sice last month, and i did very well: 3 cash outs out of four, $4, $1.5, and this last one $65.

Nice job. I've played a few and managed to make cash in most. I never made that much money. Congratulations and way to battle back from near defeat.

Thank you all for the comments. I like to inform you that now i switched to the $5.50 sitngos. So far i played 3 winning first place in 2 of them.

Now my bankroll is $190. This is my best week so far.

Wow congratulations, I wish I could play in the ferguson but it would be the middle of the night for me.

Also GL at 5.50 level, you seem to be doing very well!
