Keep in mind that most live casino freerolls are not true freerolls. They typically require you to acquire player points, and a lot of them, or hours, and a lot of them, to qualify for the freeroll.

Its a really freeroll, I went to the one in September. I'll probably be going to this one just for the heck of it.
Here is how the last one worked.

- You get your ticket at 6:00am.

- You have to register at: 11:00am (the only requirement is that you get a Rewards Card, which is free and takes about 5 minutes.)

- The tournament starts at 3:00pm.

If you want to play in the first round get there around 5:00pm and wait the hour to stand in line, if your playing in the pit you'll get your ticket first.
As long as you show up before 11:00am you'll get to play, the only downfall is if your not in the first group then you will be a late registrant, and will be placed in when so many people get knocked out, and you will be a little short stacked. However, the last 4 the had included a $5 re-buy/add on. Use it, everybody else will and you only get one.

The last one I went to was a $10,000 freeroll, which turned out to be a $13,000. Here were the payouts:
1st - $10,000
2nd - $2,000
3rd - $1,000

Expect about 700 people....

I just got off the phone with the Poker Room and they said its just like the other tournaments, however if you play in the midnight tournament on Tuesday you get a ticket that night.....

My advice, take some money and play in the cash tables so you don't get bored....
Last time I went there were three of us, we got our ticket, went to eat, which was about 20 minutes away (Cracker Barrel yummy) then we came back and played some cash tables, registered, then they have SNG's all day pretty much, so I played in one of those, then played in the tournament.
