Currently, I have "preflop 3bet" and "fold to preflop 3bet after raising" on my HUD. I realize I use the 3bet stats WAY more preflop than I do postflop.

Here's my question. Should I being using the "total 3bet" and "total fold to 3bet" on my HUD instead of only the preflop stats? Or maybe have two seperate lines, one for preflop and one for total?

I just feel like the preflop stats are way more relevant, considering I use it primarily with preflop decisions anyway.

What do you guys do?

Yeah I only use the preflop 3bet stats too, much more useful than postflop 3bet stats. Postflop I just use their aggression stats and any notes I have to try and gauge how likely their raises are to be bluffs or not. Actually postflop I think a 3bet is a bit different, it's when there has been a bet, a raise and another raise on top, which obviously doesn't happen all that often.

Oh, good point I didn't even think about that actually with the 3bet being pretty rare postflop anyway. Thanks for the response.

Preflop 3bet = reraising an open
Flop/turn/river 3bet = reraising a flop raise on said street

Completely different stats. I don't know why an overall 3bet stat even exists, preflop 3bet and postflop 3bet are entirely unrelated.
