3 betting = The first reraise. i.e. someone bets, someone raises, you reraise. It is the third level of betting, so a 3-bet. If someone reraised you after you 3-bet it would be a 4-bet.

Equity is the expected value you have in a certain pot, if no more betting took place. For example if you had a 75% chance to win and the pot was 200$, your equity would be 0.75*200 = 150$.

Fold equity is the expected value you gain from the chances of getting your opponent to fold.

By the way, https://www.cardschat.com/poker-strategy.phpglossary has a long list of terms, some of these may be on there I didn't check.

3bet - a re-raise. For example, you hold QQ on the button, UTG raises to 4x the big blind, everyone folds to you, you now can re-raise UTG, which is a 3bet (if UTG re-raises you, it's a 4bet). This generally indicates that you have a very good hand, which provides you with:

Fold equity - there are two ways to win a hand, by having the best hand at showdown or by having everyone else fold before showdown. Representing strength is a way to get everyone else to fold. And, whether you win at showdown or before showdown, the fruit of your labor is:

Shipping - winning the pot.
