Hey guys and gals, haven`t in a while. I check in now and then to see whats going on, but between working second shift, poker and sleeping, dont have a lot of left over time for chitchat. BBBBut...........(i know,
everyone has one) theres this guy on pokerstars, he plays (last count) 21 tables at a time. Of course when he actually plays ,you know that hes got a monster hand. Majingohan28 is his name. Have any of you come across him and lived? 21 x 15.00= 215.00 .Most of the time ,he starts out with 25.00. What do think of this way of play? He must be making money, he on everyday. Thanks, jan

Did a search on here to see if anyone had him in their chat, only twice, he seems to fold a lot too, so thats why I think he only play good hands.

Lol, good on him for managing 21 tables at once...i'd be folding plenty too!!!
Just out of interest, how many do most people play at one time? I tend to stick to 2 if i'm in a serious game, 4 if i'm grinding small stakes or sng's and maybe 6 if there is a decent promotion on, or Full Tilt happy hours.
And thanks for an intelligent post, instead of the conspiricy theory most people put about guys like this. (21 tables...must be a bot!) lol.

  WOW!!! 15-20 tables is insane!!! the most i EVER played was 6 and it was miserable. I couldn't keep up with all the BEEP BEEP...i couldn't keep track of anyone elses betting habits, what position i was on in each table, which ones i was kickin butt at and which ones i was losing on. The thought of doing 3x as many is mind boggling. It's like the little old ladies as the bingo hall keeping track of multiple sheets at a time!!!

no comment from any of you pro`s about the way he`s playing so many rooms? Only best hands. Of course this must be eating away at BB and SB`s if he decides not to play. Think of how much money just in BB and SBs he putting out?????????

21 tables at once is pretty hectic, but he's probably used to it so it's just routine by now
you'll probly see him add a couple more tables sooner or later

It's not that hard to do 20+ tables if you stack them. If you use software like Table Ninja, you can even play normal and raise liberally. 6-max is doable but tiring, FR is much easier. I'm talking regular speed tables on PS.

I hate playing only 2 tables at once. I tend to get more irritated when I see the constant run of bad cards and the lost money. It affects my play. If I just make good decisions playing many tables and don't worry about the results, the results kind of take care of themselves and I stay even tempered.

Well it looks like sng wise he has played 800 games so far and his average buy in is $2. It looks like recently he has been playing the 45 and 90 person sngs $1 buy in. Looks like he did 8 at a time last time. I don't know if I am allowed to post how much he has made (don't want to break any forum rules) but it is public information and he is a winning player.

I typically stick to just a couple tables when I am playing. I was playing just SNGS and I was playing 5-6 at a time. The thing about extreme multi tabling is that when you are playing bad, or start getting tired, it effects you X6. You are severly decreasing your abilitly to play based on reads and you are more or less just playing ABC poker. When you are in a game with somebody you clearly know is extreme multi tabling, you can use that to your advantage and don't have to put as much thought into your bluffs, continuation bets, etc. It is the equivalent if you have ever played at a home game and somebody was on the phone while playing, they usually will just play standard and not try any moves, etc.
