Can't see any threads on this? No one else watching it? For those who don't want to know what's happened, don't read on!

Holden went first when he shoved AJ into Ben Lamb's AK and since then Anton Makiievsky and Bob Bounhara went in 8th and 7th. Collins doubled through Lamb with QJ v AJ (Collins turned flush and straight draw and rivered the flush) and then O'Dea who had been short following a big hand against Heinz (who has been on fire) called a 3-bet shove from Lamb, Lamb Q8s v O'Dea's A9o. Board ran dry til the rivererd 8. O'Dea has 2 BBs when we return from break.

http://www.wsop.com/ has a live stream

I've been watching. Was surprised to see no thread too but I'm a lazy man and didn't bother making one. Bad luck on O' Dea there after making a good call.

stream here but it's on break now.

O'dea out first hand after break, shoves Q6 and called by Staszko's 88. Next hand Phil Collins shoved A7dd into Pius Heinz's 99 and the nines held. Down to 4. One more to go and play will end til Tuesday.

Unreal bluff from Lamb. Staszko limps and Lamb checks his option. Flop K88 rainbow, Lamb check raises and gets 3-bet by Staszko. Lamb 4 bets and takes it down. With 42.

Oh geez... Ah7h v. JJ - and Lamb pulls the flush on the turn.
Then a round or two later, KK v. A3 and Benba flops quads.

If I'm Matt G - I'm going to find the nearest wall and bang my head against it.

Sick game.

Pius Heinz vs Ben Lamb HU

Ben Lamb will win if stacks are somewhat even
if its 3 to 1 stacks,Pius will win.The lad did pretty well 4 handed!

Could not believe that hit on the river to favor Lamb. Thought for sure he was done, that was a sick hit.
Lamb was doing a lot of bluffing before I fell asleep last night. I think Staszko was starting to catch on however. Lamb has balls of steel I will give you that but I think what is more important is his reads and timing. The luck he is getting most certainly does not hurt either.

Biggest winner is ESPN with this coverage.Don't realy understand doing it on Sunday during the NFL though.I understand they did not have a lot of good choices with the full coverage.IMO i think they should drop the NOV.9,pause for something like a week or two let the players enjoy and get a little break. Then do this type of coverage when your not against the NFL.

I think the reason there was no thread yesterday was because we were all watching it on TV.

I started watching it on the web, during a CC game, but then got up, found that both were on 15 minute delay, and they were at the same spot and so I opted for my comfortable lounge chair rather than my comfortable desk chair, that and the bigger screen.:D

I am sort of amazed how nittish the play was. Last I heard, they were at a blind/ante level in the 40's and no WSOP before this had ever got to level 40.

There was also mention the Benbaa had not gone AI prior to his first AI at the final table, something I find real hard to fathom.....or believe.....:confused:

Lamb runs too good.

+1. To do as well as he has in the WSOP he mustve already been running so well. And now this? It's like the poker Gods were like "this is Ben Lamb's year."

I can see it. Ben Lamb was always like top 5% of stacks throughout the tournament. I think he said like on Days 2-4 he would just run through tables because he would be chip leader and he would raise almost every hand.

Yeah, I agree. I could swear I saw him announce AI a couple of times during the course of the event but those still in folded. Maybe they meant he never went to showdown AI? I deleted all the shows up to this point so I can't go back and check. Also, one would think if this were true the media would have made more than one mention of it.

Who's Your Pick Tonight?

Ok peeps 2night is the WSOP ME Final, who do you think will TID and why?

I like Heinzs' chances, current chip leader and has the ability to get a good read on Lamb. I really don't like Lambs' style of play but what can I say he's been winning and that awful stare! Staszko is playing a bit too soft/passive to me, I mean this is the FT, step it up and change that ugly shirt! lol Well I will be turned in 2night to see what unfolds!
