I wish I was, but I'll be taking a massive longshot on the 20th at UB...Gl fish.

gl to those who are playing it. over 7300 people in the one on stars, giving away like 234 seats. Should be a marathon with 20 minute blinds. I know it's giving more people an oppentunity to play, but i think its just too much, makes the main event a slightly skill based lottery.

Well, maybe not that long, but to get to 244, it will be a long ass time.

Out in Stars around 2000th as a 76%-24% favourite.
Out in FullTilt around 1600th as a 78%-21% favourite.


Sigh.
I win the Stars hand I have double the average stack.
I win the FullTilt hand I have just short of double the average stack.

I almost feel like starting one of those 'online poker is rigged threads'.

well, four hours running and its down to a little under 1000. I'd love to play in the WSOP some day, but that's gotta be a lot of pressure.

My heart goes out to the guy who goes out on the bubble in this one. Its about 150 away. Soon the big stacks will be sitting back and just watching.

My friend qualified on Stars!

It took about 8.5 hours.

The bubble burst when a shortstack was all in the BB. It was J4o for the bubble boy, K6s for some big stack. Bubble boy needed a J, 4, or 5 (for a wheel) on the river, and didn't get it. Instead he/she got their money back. Ouch.

But the important thing is that my friend will be in it. He's obviously thrilled and I think he has the talent to go far in this thing.
