Hi , i am ZOOM NL5 player who has a WR of 5bb/100 after 80k hands.
1.Don't post bull**** about your 3k hands 30bb/100 WR.
I have beeen playing ZOOM for a long time. At first i was slightly losing, then breaking even and finally this month after fixing one major leak(NO PATIENCE) i started winning at ZOOM. BUT , after first 30k hands at NL5 i had a WR of 12bb/100 (see graph).
After 50k hands i had WR of 7.2bb/100 . From that line i started to be breakeven for 35k hands now and counting. My WR now is 4.9bb/100(annoying) after 80k hands. I had one major crazy monkey tilting session where i lost almost 60$ in 3k hands.
I heard that everything over 0bb/100 is good but thats what i want to discuss about. After playing that 35k breakeven and going session(slightly losing because of tilt) hands i started to think of what am i doing wrong when playing. And after reviewing my hands and plays against certain oponents i saw that 95% its not my fault that im losing now. Mainly its because of some of my leaks:
1.I dont give credit to passive fish 3rd barrell.
2.Im calling too many 3bets out of position.
3.I have NEGREANU syndrome (i put oponent on the exact hand they have but i still call the river to justify that i read it great).
4.I call too many bets with marginal hands (strong FD) (openendedSD).
5.I keep calling 4bet ALL-INS with AKso preflop.

90% of my losing pots after last 35k hands i lost to ridiculous hands (fish who call flop and turn FPSB- full pot size bet) and river 2 pair. Or idiot floating 2 2 FPSB on 9 J 10 board with 2 2 and TURN'ing set OTT against my Top 2pair.
I can upload a video to youtube (but then i will be exploited ) so i just dont know what to do . I mean i could still be a winning player of like 5 or 6 bb/100 at NL5 but im not happy about it. I want to crush micro ZOOM and i know its possible over huge sample (200k hands). I know many winning ZOOM players would say - go to a limit where they respect your bets(that would be 100NL and up). My main Question is - what i should do to increase my WR? Should i upload a video of me playing (2hours max)? Or i should just always fold to 3bets and big bets OTR? against passive players. I mean its kinda ridiculous to breakeven after 30k hands at 5NL ZOOM when there is so many bad players around. I started not to take notes(its really bad) on fishes who are ridiculously bad as i just dont see the point in doing that.(Most fishes are not gonna be playing more than NL5) as i will be moving up to NL10 (had to cashout some of my BR so its now at 286$) soon. As soon as breakeven stretch ends and i hit 320$ im goin up to NL10 (**** BR NIT strategy).
I know i can win at NL10 and even NL25 . My Questions are:

1.How you manage to be disciplined when there are so many tilting factors at microstakes?
2.What is the best way to fix leaks at microstakes?

!!!Please dont post players who are (I PLAY 20K hands OF ZOOM A MONTH)!!!

I would like to see post only from players like RAMDEEBAM who are long term ZOOM winners.

Thanks in advance.

To be honest everything you said sounds about right concerning $5nl players. Sometimes we just get unlucky. - It is just the nature of gambling. Also, your own observations on your leaks sound like you have a handle on what needs fixing.

Without seeing any stats or hand histories all I can suggest is be willing to fold small pots early & pay atttenyion to the price you are getting and giving.

An example of setting your price:
If I open, c-bet the flop, pick up a flush draw on the turn and barrell, I like to often bet an amount that ensures I have close to the right pot odds if just get called (about 1/2 pot), that way I only have to get a small number of calls on the river to be profitable. It also keeps my aggression up and can fool stats lovers into thinking I overplay hands; leading to more loose calls from otherwise good players. Plays like this work better on zoom because most players are already gone. Observant players will figure this out in a regular game, eventually.
