Easier said than done. It's rare that you get the nuts; and when you do have it, the other guy will need to have a big hand too or be an idiot to call off his stack.
The one advantage where the large stack does come in is that you can bluff villain off a marginal hand as you have more to bet with. On the other hand, that also makes your decision tougher against a potential bluff as you stand to lose more if he is actually not bluffing.
For situations where both hold big enough hands to stack off, it's gonna be a wash. You may win more on the ones you win, but you'll also lose more on the ones you lose.
