Please when answering this question i want to remind you that i am talking about the good players from both playing styles, primarily the loose player as a TAG player is normally a good one. Personally TAG is the style i play, because it is the easiest, and i am simply not good enough to play LAG consistently well. Remember not to get confused and think i am talking about a lagtard who will just gladly give you there chips if you give them the chance. Although what I am talking about players that have learnt how to play the loose aggressive style like Gus Hansen. So in your opinions who do you personally find easier to win against in a cash game? For me loose players are easier to win money against. It only takes one screw up by one to win a big pot. While with a TAG, although they are easy to bluff, and steal blinds from, winning any serious money out of them is a slow and tedious process and you will rarely find yourself being able to win a big pot against them without a runner runner suckout. And don't you worry, those happen to me just about on a daily basis.

The success that you have with any of these players depends on the image of yourself that you project on the rest of the table. A "good" TAG will adapt if you are stealing too many pots from them, and the opposite is true for LAG.

Yes i know that. But i am talking in general terms who people find harder to play against and win money from. Some TAGs don't adapt, and most are incapable of playing LAG style "effectively" as it is the hardest style to master and play profitably. Also i don't really distinguish much difference between a Nit and a TAG they might as well be the same thing. Nits will play tight and will play their hands aggressively even if its limited to only a narrow range of hands eg. Ak AA, KK, and QQ,JJ A,Q.

Against a good player, I think position makes much more difference than whether the person is a LAG or TAG. Over the long run, assuming you're not the fish at the table, you'll make money from both types when they're acting before you, and will lose to or make less from the ones who have position on you.

If I am playing TAG, like usual, I think a good LAG is easier. If I am playing LAG, which I rarely do, the good TAG is easier.

Lots of bad LAGs out there.
