When Do You Stop? (Live)

Beyond the obvious of not being able to focus, or tired, or other plans, how do you determine when to end a live session?

After a set period of time? When you reach the point of losing focus? Based on stack size?

Normally a time for me, set a time I want to leave before starting and stop regardless.
