One thing I've always struggled with is knowing when to fire a Cbet on the flop vs when to give up and check/fold the flop (assuming you missed the flop).
1) So if you raised preflop with AKo and the flop is 237 rainbow, are you typically Cbetting this flop?
2) What if you raised preflop with KTs and the flop is Q98 rainbow?
3) And what if you 3bet in a blind war (let's say BB vs BTN) with 33 and the flop is AJ4 with 2 of the same suit?
4) And what if you opened KT of clubs and the flop comes A54 all hearts?
There are countless examples that I could come up with... are there any general rules to know when to give up when you miss the flop versus when to fire a continuation bet on the flop?
