Depends do you play zoom(fast) or regular tables. For some years playing microstakes and took shots up to nl50 i can say very important thing in poker is skill of look and feel. That easier to do at regular tables, with exploit of your opponents. Look on obvious leaks of your opponents, like float with some strange sizings, timings, or action after loosing pots with maybe incoming tilt/bluff etc. You should dont be afraid to play some pots till river just to see information of hand of your opponent, it will help you in future hands, and you also should think about balancing your action and always ask yourself do your opponents can balance that airbluff/valuebet things too and make some calls with Ace/K/Q high hands in float spots. In simple words, the best way to win in poker cash games is just to sit on tables with players that you think you have advantage on them and you see obvious leaks onto timings/bets etc. So my strat is play exploit game depending on stakes then your open/defend/steal range is changing, depending on players at the tables. Good luck
