Assuming you have an otherwise crap hand, are there any odds that make it worth it to call pre-flop? This would probably assume that lots of people are limping in.

There are hands you should fold no matter what, especially from the small blind. The more people in the hand the more likely that someone will make something and it's hard to cooler people with 94o.

If you're in the small blind and the whole table limps, you should be folding MOST hands because you really need a huge equity advantage to make up for being out of position.

4 to 1 if calling an allin HU and were closing the action.

edit: It looks like you meant limping in multiway in which case many hand you will want to fold no matter what.
Look at it this way, if you hold 72o and all all 9 players at the table have come along do you want to pay a BB so you can have the worst hand at the table. Your still the worst off out of them all.
Even when calling from the SB we will not want 100% of our range involved as we'd need better prospects than weak twopairs/trips to hold up in a 9way pot.
