I have play poker online for a year.
And my question is wich level I should play.
I have won some and lose some.
I usally play multitables and the buyin are 1 2 3 or 5 Dollar.

I played yesterday in a 2 dollar multitabletournament.
It was 67 players from start, when there was 20 players left
(place 1-9 get paid)
I had A A and went all in ,everybody before me has fold
Then BB goes all in .
We have same amount of chips.
He has 2 4 offsuite.

And he winns the pot with two pairs 4&2.
What level should I play???
Anyone got an idea?

...Yes, become his best friend

What level to play is based on your skill and your bankroll, so you need to give us more info for us to answer.

You should play at a level that you are comfortable at and that your bankroll can handle.

Minimum banroll for limit games : 200-300 big bets (buy in for 25 big bets at a time)

Minimum bankroll for NL games: 20 buy-ins (each buy in is maximum, so at a .05/.10 table, a buy-in would be $10 -> $200 bankroll)

Minimum bankroll for SNGs: 30 buy-ins

MTT Bankroll: DOn't spend more than 5% of your bankroll on one tournament.

These are general guidelines and ensure a safe bankroll that will last a long time...you can definately play below these standards, but make sure you don't risk too much (one bad beat and you are broke for good).
