I have been playing at Pokerstars in Playmoney - to prepare for a small paying table, but have found several times the puter makes errors on the result of the games -
When we play for money is there any way to point this out?
They was definitely errors as one was confirmed by the winner.
Today, i had a 2 & 3 in hand (just thought I'd look for a straight)
on the table was a 2, 3, 10, 10, king.
Other player won with a king and nothing on table.
Chat said he had won with 2 pairs the kings and 10's.
With the 10's I would have thought I had got it with 3 pairs.
One day last week I noticed errors and a player said it had been happening all day, so again she was confirming the error that time.

Aloha Malvina, One thing I can say is that if you play for real money at pokerstars all the hands you play are stored on your computer, or can be requested from stars under request in the lobby.

I am really not to sure if play money hands are also stored, and if they are just go to, my computer/local drive:c/program files/pokerstars/hand history/ and in this folder you should see the name you play under click on that and you will see all the games you've played.

I hope this helps and if you come across the hand you spoke of in your OP maybe you can post it and get some feedback from the members here

Aloha

Edit: I just checked and I have play money game histories stored, so you wanna check your computer and try and find it.

I don't think you're seeing errors, I think you're either mis-reading your hand or not understanding hand ranking and how to determine the winner.

For example:
Today, i had a 2 & 3 in hand...on the table was a 2, 3, 10, 10, king.
Other player won with a king and nothing on table.
Chat said he had won with 2 pairs the kings and 10's.
With the 10's I would have thought I had got it with 3 pairs.
The player with a K had two pairs, Kings and Tens. Now remember, you are only allowed to make a final hand with five cards. There is no such thing as three pairs for a winning hand. The best you could make was two pairs, Tens and Threes. The pair of twos that you had doesn't matter any more because it is lower than the other two pairs you have. If the flop was 2 3 10, then you started with two pair threes and twos and when the 10 paired on the board, your pair of twos was counterfeited and your hand changed. Even so, either hand you had was less than your opponent, so he legitimately won the hand (there was no error).

I see your problem. You need some poker lessons. There is no such thing as 3 pairs. You had 2 pair 10's and 3's. He had 2 pair kings and 10's..........

the hands

Thankyou for that. I didn't realise my hand was not better with 3 pairs.
However there have been several errors with the hands because the winners have confirmed it with me.
One said it had been happening all day.
i will look at my stored hands - that is a good idea thanks!
