Ok so i started playing online poker now and then a couple years back, nothing serious! Only recently i actually learned the game and started to play properly. My intentions at the moment isn't to make a living but build a good bankroll!
I consider myself a "okay" player, first night of playing properly online i was up £27 profit ( converted into USD $42 ) the second night i decided to cash out £20 to put into pokerstars ( still waiting for it to be released by partypoker ) and i turned the £7 into £35. All is going good, I'm also studying, watching videos ect and learning more in between playing. I took a break for a day or two and went back, but couldn't seem to win a game! Even with the 6table sng turbos i couldn't even seem to last to the last 3!!!! After two nights of losing and only winning the odd game or two my bank roll is very short again!

Any players experienced the same thing??? If so, what did you do?

Its poker. You'll have your ups and downs. just keep your focus and stay on the right path to being a good and better poker player. Dont get discouraged. We all have had great runs and some horrible streaks. The best poker players can take a hit and bounce back. Just dont let a hit take you out of your own head and game.

One thing about poker is how to learn how to deal with the swings, you'll have your winning sessions and losing sessions but don't get yourself down when you have a losing session because if your a okay to good player you will win it back sooner or later back. Just keep within bankroll playing though.

Well you might have been on a heater above expectancy to start with, then below expectancy later on.

If you use correct BRM, and play well enough this should not be an issue long term

We call it variance. EVERYBODY (no exceptions) experiences (suffers) variance.

It happens man. Sometimes if you are not lucky even if you have all the skill in the this game it won't do you any good!

Really about the shortest time frame you want to evaluate is a month - and even that can be dicey.
It's all about the long term - one good night or bad night - even nirvana to hell - is not going to reflect much of anything other than dumb luck.

Losing streaks come with the best. Suck it up and take a break and go get em when the time is right.
