Well if your thinking for different possibilities, then I ask you why are we flatting raise then checking turn? Are we trying to get them to bet when the turn bricks?
Its one thing to consider flatting however you don't seem to have a plan for the rest of the hand which means we're playing blindfolded.
Mind you: playing tight and flatting to a raise are not the same thing.

First thing to ask is do you have any reads on villians? Are they the type who's calling any 2 preflop? Are they passive pre and betting their draws on the flop? etc.
Also, do we have the Kd? Its something to consider especially since its likely we're playing for stacks at this point. There's also a possibility that the BB may shove at the flop as he has under $300 at the flop and acts behind you.
