what are "all-in" hands pre flop in omaha?

assuming no reads what are the "premiums" in omaha?
yesterday. i went all in pre with JQKAds preflop against a player with no reads... i 3 bet his raise he shoved about 5x my raise.

any Axxx is dominated(in a less sense than hold'em) by AAxx

I'm pretty happy to shove AKKQ or KKQQds

When you're getting 3-/4-bet pre in omaha at microstakes/small stakes games, you are facing AAxx a huge portion of the time. You'd rather have middle double-suited connectors than big AKxx hands.
