Silver Level
So, I want to start playing more cash games. Specifically, I want to learn how to play and beat FLHE. I'm a huge fan of NLHE, but only in tournaments. When it comes to cash games, I find it a bit dull... FLHE has always interested me and I want to take a stab at it to see if I can profit from it.
Since I am fairly new to FLHE, I think I should start around at the lower stakes. So, I'm thinking that .05/.10 might be a good place to start. However, I read a good BRM for FL is about 300-500 BBs and I have 2K BBs for this limit. So, is it foolish for me to start at this level with so many BBs instead of moving up a level and learning there?
The next level they offer is .15/30, but I never see anyone on those tables, so I'll jump to .25/50, where I'll have 400 BBs. It is a bit of a large jump in stakes especially for a learning player, but I do have the BR for it. Also, I figure I that If I did start at this level, I could give myself a 100BB cushion and if my BR falls below that, I'll drop down to .05/.10.
So...2KBB BR for .05/.10 or a 400BB BR for .25/.50...where should I start?
Also, whats a good sample size for FLHE? 50K hands?
