So let's talk about variance ... let's say you play live 5/10 and the whole session you are card dead or when you get something worth to play you flop nada or you just flop crap...you do your best but no matter what you do it's impossible to win and you leave as marginal loser ...this is something we all face from time to time...next day probably you gonna kill'em all at the table and you have positive variance on your side...now let's talk about ONLINE VARIANCE ... an algorithm is responsible for your cards and the deck, so how is possible an RNG to give you negative or positive variance????? And let's go to the most cheeky part of it, let's say you play live, ok you face variance it's one table slow and there is not much you can do about it except stealing some blinds and wait or bluff to minimise loss but how come when you play 9 or 12 tables online EVERY TABLE GOES WRONG?????

Minimize your loss. I know some pot looks so delicious still, control the pot.

"a good player steals small pots, loses medium pots and wins big pots".

You're too fixated on this, rethink your play style[

what do you mean? Explain to me how an RNG is giving you accourate variance negative or positive? An if we talk about variance how is it possible to have negative vairance in all tables when you multitable? It doesn't make any sence

What is your sample size? Its probably not enough for a true analysis.

I ran a program that flipped a coin 10000 times, I ran it 10 times. In each sample there was a point where heads (or tails) was hit at least 100 times in a row.

Bad runs happen, if they didnt it would not be random.

I think you are not looking deep enough into it and do not have an ample sample size to see reality.

I talked to a dealer and if you play live non hand shuffle then it's actually the same as online as the shuffle master uses a rng algorithm then shuffles the cards accordingly in other words it's not mechanical at all and only uses machinery as a byproduct of the rng. check out this video it's shows how.

As far as online goes who knows if you do the math it may get to a certain hit frequency that no matter what certain hand numbers are guaranteed that if the flop ran out to all 5 cards that your 7-10 with a pair is the best hand. It's sounds like your getting outplayed as it's statistically impossible to not have some wins and from my calculations it's something like 1-11 hands to have a winning hand regardless of the hand even if it's jj vs aa on the flop you might fold and would have hit your set on the river on a flush board where knowbody had that spade and you got out played.

If I'm suffering from bad variance, I usually limit my play to 2 tables.

Variance basically that statistically a better player will win over time, while a bad player may have some luck for a while, but lose eventually. Look at Jamie Gold. Everyone goes through up and downswings. Just take it, keep playing your game (or get better).
