Playing .02/.05 NL on Stars today, been on about 90 minutes when this hand hits. Player was pretty solid, no crazy raising, no crazy calls but would like some input here:

I'm sitting in the CO; Villian is to my immediate right
Stacks:
ME: $3.91 [ATd]
Villian: $3.89 [??]

Folded to villian - raises to 3BB
I call
Button, SB, BB fold

Pot: $0.30 - Flop - AcJcTs
Villian bets $0.25
I call

Pot: $0.80 - Turn - 7s
Villian bets $0.65
I call

Pot: $2.10 - River - 9s
Villian checks
I check

Questions:
- Based on him not being a tool, I put him on either AK, AQ but gut told me I was ahead. Did not think he had a set but I haven't discounted it yet. Do you flat call that flop?
- He does not slow down on the turn and the flush doesn't hit - I am almost certain he's on either AK, AQ or a set. Do you flat call the turn?
- I can't see how I can bet on the river, but my gut tells me I'm good. Can you make an argument to bet that river?

KQ and AJ could be a part of his range. KQ has 16 combinations AJ has 6 combinations. You have not specified his preflop range. In my opinion, a learner myself--wait for the Pros, it's a definitive check, not bet.

This is a clear value bet, but it is a spot where I wouldn't even bet half pot, because his hand looks like one pair, yes it is possible that he has a hand as huge as kq. He should be betting kq on this runout 100% of the time though, this is 2nl though.

So his pre-flop range was solid, a mid to high pair, decent connectors, or AK, AQ, KQs or QJs.

He eventually turned over 22.

My shock was that he was basically bluffing through to the river, and then gave up. Guess he figured he was beating nothing really and stopped funding the hand but shows the true variance of playing microstakes. That and your read will never be 100%

Bet 30-40% of the pot for value. Get called by one pair A hands and weaker two-pairs.
Fold if he check/raise shoves. Although you could potentially call for information if he does.

Why are you not playing a full stack?

Based on the bets on the flop and turn, I would have put him on a single pair of Aces or Jacks, especially with the reads you had on the guy. I would probably have bet on the river with him checking, at this point I would have assumed you had the best hand with him coming out betting first on each street and then all of a sudden not betting. If he had hit a straight or a better hand than your two pair, I would have imagined him betting at least half pot on the river.

Do you call hands down a lot? I ask because if you do, then maybe he thinks he can get a lot of value out of you be barreling with marginal hands...
I think he's at least got tptk or pocket kings, but I think you really need to be worried about a straight or a set. I think he checked just incase you made a flush. You did the right thing by checking.

I think you played this hand okay.

I think you should bet, It´s probably you are winning. What about a 3bet at turn? In order to watch his reaction, If he shove all in, I fold.
