1. Why are you playing with 25 BBs?
2. Do you have any reads, stats or history with villain? Why do you put him on a flush draw?
3. Do you really think you're doing anything other than shoving with TPTK with
13 BBs left and getting almost 3-1?

This should probably be in Hand Analysis...

Any reads on Villain? This is almost always a set, a combo draw, or a flush draw - against some Villains (aggressive ones), I'd re-raise or call, against others I'd fold (passive ones).

If Villain's a really huge fish, it might be Kx - he ought to be worried you have AK, but a superfish won't be thinking about your hand.

Duh, broke one of my own rules and didn't look at stack sizes - insta shove as baudib says.

Yeh I've caught him chasing a few times (flushes) at showdown and he seems to play any two suited cards. Maybe I should add that villain is aggressive.

I ended up shoving.
And he flipped As Js

Did he catch or not?
You did the right thing by pushing especially because of your stack size your getting called 100% just have to hope its the flush draw and not a set or 2 pair.

Why are you playing ss at 25 nl?
It's best to keep yourself topped off at all times 100bb so you don't get in sticky situations- not that this is all that sticky but your options become much more limited when you play this shallow in chips.

Fold. He might be on a flush draw. It would be a great laydown...

I always hate your situations but usually odds can be on your side if you have good reads on the villain. You also got yourself in a mess with the low stack :(

The small stack doesn't complicate things, it simplifies them. That's why you don't want the short stack because it makes it easier for the other guy (who should be a worse player) to make fewer mistakes.

Simple situation here, you've got TPTK and are facing a less than pot sized all in shove. Insta-call, if the other guy turns over something better or outdraws you then it's a cooler but you'll lose a lot more money in the long term by folding here.
