How do you deal with players who like to raise their Top pair hand on flop or on turn?Is there any way to identify them?

There are many of them who like to do it and as an outcome ,you throw your hand ,thinking they have a set or better.

What do you do at those ciscumstances?

well you cant know what cards your opponent have but if u think he have over pair or he hited a set, by his play ofc u go fold...
if he is a safe player, and was not involved in lot of handes and he rase after the flop its very possible that he have over pair or a set if bord is not flush or straight drawed.

Estimate his flop-raising range based off his stats and showdowns (given sample size) and estimate your equity vs. that range.

This should drive your decisions on all streets in all hands, incidentally.
