AA and KK are still the best hands to have ofc, just make sure you raise/reraise/cap to make others pay to try and catch their draws. The reason suited connectors go up in value is because you will often have the correct pot odds
to chase your draws (if you have 4 of a suit by the flop for example). Suited connectors play best in multiway pots (common in limit). Low pairs go down in value because you need huge implied odds to play them, and you don't get that in limit.
