Hi
Can someone tell some great ways to control the tilt ?
I have lost very much money because im tilting alot easy.

I for an example left my cashgame session immidiatly after loosing 1 or 2 "big" pots.
I mean before i could control it and play my A game right after loosing a pot but now...
I Quit the the sessions like 6-7 times in one single day, and right after i lose a pot or two ill quit again....

This is getting really frustrating, can someone give me some advice how to avoid tilt ?

Is quitting the session and going back later actually working?

Sounds like you are still tilted and playing bad when you go back if you have to quit 6-7 times in a day! Maybe you need longer to calm down and shouldn't play for the rest of the day.

Tilt happens any time your mental or emotional state leads you to act in ways you normally would not. So, any time you're in a state where your mental or emotional state is likely to undermine your ability to play your normal game, you should stop.

The sooner the better, which includes that it's better to stop when you recognize you're likely to tilt rather than waiting until after it happens.

And the best solution is hard. It's not what is usually suggested, which is to stop for a while until you're back on an even keel. It's developing your self-discipline so you don't react as easily or as much.

Do you experiencing a cold card? Well, you should set a goal to play your best every time. It also helps to avoid actions that will discourage you such as constantly looking at your bankroll. Don't get too focus on your bankroll it will always go up if you're a good player.
