Taking notes on players is something i must confess i don't do as often as i should and im not entirely sure on what to write and how to go about it.

Im starting this thread so others can comment on how they take notes what kind of format they use and just the general importance of this in poker.

i always take notes on how players play for instance are they agressive? tight? new? slow? talkative? limpers? umm big blind bullies? etc....

I know have the bad habbit of only taking notes when I notice something about a player I've played a couple hands with...I think you prob should be taking notes the whole time.

I think taking notes on players help you play better and will help you in the future if you play them again.

taking notes on stars is really difficult if you have the auto select table on as the tables keep jumping (asuming your multitabling)
