How often do you change tables in live cash game sessions? What certain standards do you have when deciding to or not?

When I played (now I currently play only freerolls) I used to change tables when my stack grew up a lot because of a fear of losing it. the more you have the more you can loose. Probably this fear is stupid a bit. But I used to do so.
