Hello everyone. Several months ago, upon realizing if I wanted to ever get anywhere with online poker I would have to take it seriously and practice good BRM (among many other things I wasn't considering before) I started playing 2NL full ring to start my journey. Since then I have made approx. $20 over a few months time bringing me up to just a little over $100.
I've been only playing two tables at a time and for not nearly as long as I had planned for. I really want to stop being lazy and start playing consistently for longer periods of time. I feel I would be comfortable playing 4 tables (I get bored easy playing two) but I want to make sure my bankroll is capable of the increased risk. I buy in for the maximum which is $5 at the 2NL games and with 4 tables I'll have 20% of my bankroll at risk.
I know it's very unlikely to go all-in and lose all four buy in's but am I putting too much at risk here? I consider myself on the tighter side and prefer small ball poker. When I do go all-in I usually have a monster.
I am excited beyond words to start posting hands and questions here to further improve my game and taking this seriously. This forum has been a very valuable tool as of late and the volume of information on here is incredible. Thanks for your time.
