Strategy to grind

So I've basically got to the point I've been doing okay lately, few bucks from a CC freeroll on bcp, and when I triple my money at a table I leave take a break and try again later. So far so good. Anyone else have some things that seem to be working for them?

Your question is a bit to vague, I mean what are you trying to get after here? Playing time, winning x amount of dollars? I would just suggest play a long enough session where you don't feel like you are totally auto-piloting and get bored. This is the time to quit and at least take like a 30 minute break. As for going win x amount of dollars, I think this is a bad idea, because there will be some sessions you can't win and vice versa, the main thing you want to do while you play, is play well.
