Connected to this: https://www.cardschat.com/forum/cas...ressions-correct-not-222650/post-2088664.html

I looked into HM database and found my stats vs a 3bet (total of 45k hands after I "improved" my game):
Fold = 56.5% (default from LP opens since there is a lot of iffy stuff there)
Call = 28% (I call for setmining if I have the odds or if the villain is 3bet happy and I have position and can nail him post flop)
Raise = 15.5% (depending on villains stats/reads and my hand)

I thought I am folding way too much but this looks the opposite (I do adjust to 3bet happy villains though).

My preflop raise % is 10, so my range is overall pretty decent.

Any pointers about "correct" or at least somewhat normal percentages would be great :D

Full ring.

Overall stats 13 / 10 / 3.8 (33%) with 2.6% 3bet.

I would love to widen my range but lot of people are 3bet happy and I am behind my study in this area.

Best way to open up is on the btn and sb. Just start opening a ridiculous amount until you have to adjust. In the sb i steal 100% til they start doing something.

Anyways if you had 10% at 6max i would be worried.

Theres nothing wrong with folding too much at these stakes. No one will exploit you or know how to. My default is fold vs a 3b until i find a reason to adjust. Its probably better to fold too much at the micros too.

BTN is 23 / 20 with 3.6% 3bet, so double my average.

I do get 3bet from the blinds quite a bit and am still not great at adjusting (most of my folds to 3bets are probably from CO/BTN).

Would open more but a lot of time there is a raise before me and:
- I don't like calling raises except for set mining or in exceptional cases (big fishes in pot or several players in + nice speculative hand)
- I don't 3bet a lot

So I fold :(

once the first 3 players fold you are essentially playing 6 max. My unopened btn range would be closer to 50% and dont forget to isolate limpers a lot as well. Isolating is less prone to getting 3bet.

Some strategies ifyou get 3b too much from the blinds is to not open as loose, call with your stronger hands like KQ etc and play ip. Also switching tables is a great thing to do. 4bet bluffing should be used very rarely.

I play at FT so there are not as many tables as on PS (it is improving lately though) and besides the problem guys are multitabling same as I am.

In 2NL I opened 28 / 24 from the BTN so yeah I reduced it a bit but am still unhappy about my stats - I would love to be looser but can't find the time to really dig into the whole 3betting thing (this wasn't a big problem in 2NL).

Co and BTN is where you want to flat 3bets, and really the only place you want to flat them for the most part

I would say I used to be this tight at fullring til I switched to 6max. If you really want to loosen up a bit, i suggest you play some 6max every now and then. You're probably folding too many profitable hands even at fullring. 13/10 looks a bit too nitty I think. And it's really boring to play that tight I'm sure.

Well not really boring, I play several tables usually and am a chess player anyways - we can stare at one game for 4+ hours without getting bored :D
