Speed Poker help please

I play on a site that has a really good Speed Poker weekly raked hand race which I could do well in, but for one thing, I cant win at Speed Poker.
Even at the lowest levels over time I lose.
Has anyone got any Speed poker tips, or am I a lost cause?

I can't either. Rush, Zoom, doesn't matter. I start off super hot for ~ 5,000 hands, and then cannot win. Something goes 'click' in my brain and I can't fold post flop after a certain number of hands. Started over again with PLO Zoom, winning, then boom. Gotta go back to multi tabling to get my bankroll back again.

Try 3betting super light from the blinds and BU. also, dont raise your monsters post flop unless the board is horrifying. People are much more inclined to fold overpairs/TPTK type hands when they can easily fold and get insta dealt a new hand and nut peddle some more

Thanks for the replies, it's strange, I am the same, started off great and then it was downhill all the way.
It is annoying cos the site I play on has a speed poker raked hand weekly race and top prize is $300 and 5th is $100 down to 50th and I know I could do the volume but not good losing $400 to win $300

wait for the bomb hands is all you can do also its alot of folding play more than two it makes it not so boring.cheers
