Hey guys,
So I'm often playing in a private home cash game just for fun. Even though I definetely know more about poker theory than most of these players I have difficulties to really beat this game.
I got to know these players really good , so maybe you guys could give me some advice for these specific players :
PLAYER A :
Preflop :
plays overall really tight, rarely 3bets light preflop, 4bets almost never with worse than KK+. But this player calls my 3bets with a really wide range. They still have a pretty good idea of hand strengths preflop.
Postflop : When this player raises big, it is almost never a bluff. The only time this player might bluff is on the flop as a C-bet.
In my private game, there are like 3-4 player with this play style. I bluff more often against these players but usually 3-4 players see the flop in this game and one these players calls me down pretty often.
Player B:
- maniac, plays almost every hand, raises with weird hands like random middle pairs and has no idea about the game. Usually I just tend to wait until I got a decent hand against this player. But it usually gets difficult when one of the tight players is involved too.
So these are just the main players in my game. There are 1-2 decent players with a good poker knowledge as well. The style of player A defines the charakter of the game. So it's overall a game where many players want to see the flop and hope they hit a monster. Most of the time I only win big pots due to coolers.
Would really appreciate it if you guys gave me some advice.
