It's funny, the theory is that if you play with loose players, you should tighten up your game and play less hands. But if they're not too aggressive and are only raising 1 in 20 hands, you probably have implied odds
to limp in with everyone else. If people are calling your raises, don't worry. So long as you don't over-play your big hands if they could be beaten on the flop, it's an ideal situation - you're playing for higher stakes when you have the best cards. I'd say continue to raise aggressively when you have good cards in position. You may want to play hands like TT and JJ a bit differently though, limping in and hoping for trips rather than raising to narrow the field, which sounds like it won't work.
