been playing on sky poker and i sh*t you not, the players are AWFUL....bloody awful......they make me look like a professional......everybody limps, they take their hands to the river......they bet 10p into a £1.50 pot....etc etc.........so im rubbing my hands together with my fishing rod between my legs getting ready to make a killiing..........or atleast i thought i was.......im getting some good hands in position and i do my standard raises througout the hand and the fish call me on every street and suck out with flushes and 2 pairs.....they are getting runner, runners with their k 5's or A 4'S.......THEY SHOULDNT BE IN THE HAND IN THE FIRST PLACE.......has anybody got a stratagy to beat these zynga style players....

Just keep doing what you're doing and your hands will hold up more often than they get beat. I've meant to play more on Sky Poker for a long time but never got round to it. They don't get much traffic and I don't like cash games so there isn't much there for me. Hope it turns round for ya.

You may need to tighten up even more. Going as far as 8% rock status may even be called for with so many calling stations.

Kinda sucks if they're all calling ya down to the river but when you hit a big hand you know you'll get paid so just value town them when ya do.

I agree. keep playing your own style or mix it up a bit without falling into their ways!

I have played in games like this. I started raising 10-20bb pre flop or more, then betting 1/4 to 1/3 stack onthe flop, shoving the turn with big pairs ans AK. It was very effective for me. I could not play like the books or posts recommended because I got too much action. I think the term is "schooling" where the fish all school up and win by sheen numbers. The very large bets usually got 1 or 2 callers, so the hands played like short stack poker. I almost never bluffed in those games.

^ this is ideal considering OPs description of games IMO.

srsly al if this is the case, play 22-99 for sets only, TT-AA and AJs, AQo+ exactly like GWU described- and theyre the only hands oyu play

yeah I'm guessing you shouldn't have been in the hand either - it's hard to keep still with all those fish in the pond.

Post some hands and make damn sure you haven't compromised your game to get at them.
