Lol, use them sparingly. They aren't +ev hands...they just look pretty. I won't lie tho I'm waayyyyyyyyyyy +ev using them..in fact they are up there with aa and kk as my biggest moneymakers...but its primarily against fish..not a good habit for me to be in either

Use them very sparingly and pretty much only in late position

To make it simpler, you might consider basically not playing them voluntarily at all until you've proven that you are a winner playing ABC. Once you have that as a base, you can loot toward fine-tuning and optimizing your game.

Late position is key. Really important to be last to act on flop so you can get your continuation bet in there whether you hit/miss the flop.

I like to play some hands like this if I haven't been too active or if the table has been pretty passive.

It helps to have multiple opponents in addition to late position and low cost. Save the trickery for higher limits. (ie 3 betting 56s vs regs i-p to vary your play and polorize your range)

Not only late position but I also want 2 or 3 (mostly 3) in the pot ahead of me and cheaply.

I only encourage play them from the last positions. but always they have not raised the stakes before me, not to mention, the more players are participating in the hand, even better ... Occasionally I can use them in other positions but always depending on the chips you tell me or my opponents ...

a greeting

As Daniel Negreanu would recommend only play them
1. if there isn't a lot of action in the pot
2. the small and the big blind are conserative players (blind steal)
The best thing about this hand is if you hit then you hit a JACKPOT!

^This... low suited connectors/gappers & smaller pps are for "smallball" tactics and best employed by players that have a firm grasp of the game and opponents...
