So, i was thinking, since SB & BB are the least profitable & worst positions to play, and we have to pay 1.5BB per orbit no matter what... would it be profitable to say skip every blind, and pay both on the CO. albeit the hassle, i was thinking it might just work for us.

p.s. got this idea when i was playing under severe lag few days ago, kept auto sitting out when i took too long to respond.

p.s.s. I don't really do this, its just a random idea :)

Isn't the button either the most profitable position or at least top 3?

If you skip the blinds and post in the cutoff, you'd be missing one of the most profitable spots in the game.

I think you'd be better off just being more disciplined in the SB and BB.

So at a 9 player table, you're asking if it's better to pay 1.5BB's every 6 hands instead of every 9 hands?

The answer is no.

Pay the blinds, get your free button seat (the most profitable seat), and see the extra 33% of hands for the same price.

Ya... u missed 3 hands doing this way. if u dun wanna play SB n BB, juz post blind n fold it. or even better, play SB n BB only on KK n AA.

Def agree with playing just premium hands in SB and BB and only when it is for no extra money rather than sit them out and try to catch up later.

im probably wrong,,but,,if im decently stacked,,or if its early in a mtt ill protect my blinds if i can cheaply to see a flop,,,i should probably fold my sb with marginal hands,,but thats hard for me to do...that being said,,i do believe ive found YET another leak in my game,,i need to tighten up,,and play LESS hands,,,in the SB...hmmm,,,,food fer thought..
