A few times I have sensed someone was week and made bluffs at the pot. Some three barrels and I'v been correct but they get called down. I know it depends on the villain but am I going to lose a lot of profit by cutting out bluffs altogether?

Another question is what do you do after you cbet and it gets called if the turn doesn't help you. And what if you pick up like a flush draw on the turn, should you double barrel?

No! Dont bluff!

Its not a question of "can I bluff at 10NL" its a case of can I find people who will lay down hands at 10NL.

Obviously there are some, yet as the player pool is so big that you rarely have many hands on people so in general you are unsure of what villains personal tendencies are. You simply need to ask yourself "can I bluff the average opponent at 10NL".

If the answer to that is no, then your default plan should be to never bluff unless you have good reason to believe otherwise.

I think u def should cbet in the right situations like when only one other person in hand and dry board. I wouldn't do too much double barreling maybe only if u pick up like and open ended straight or a flush draw. I wouldn't make any big bluffs tho I just think u get called too often to make it profitable. And theres no real need in 3betting light and stuff like that at micros. Ur prolly better off just sitting back and letting ur big hands get paid off.

C-bets are not bluffs hence they work quite a lot!

Need examples of hands you triple barrel or try and bluff. I think there is some merit to bluffs at lower limits. Specifically if draws get made.

I change my mind never ever bluff em. I am so frustrated today. Fifty percent of time today when I raise from late been geeting 3bet by blinds. I playing full ring 10nl. I swear I never use to see so much of it in micros. its so overly aggressive it seems today. They either bet or call everything today. I gonna just set mine and wait for when I hit flop big

I believe bluffing is an essential part of a great poker player's arsenal, no matter what limits you are playing at. Of course, you need to be confident that the players you are playing against will be willing to fold if you are firing three barrels and they have bottom pair for example, but it enables you to get paid off even larger on your big hands. If you cbet, and the turn doesn't help you, i would double barrel if you pick up something like a flush draw.

PokerStars

I find pokerstars NL 5 to be fairly tight action compared to other sites. I like to fire off some bluffs there. If they seem weak and you think you can pick up the pot, why not...LizaBuv
