Should I readjust my BRM standards if I incorporate a large volume of zone/zoom?
I've played 1/2 for quite awhile now and honestly I've killed the game. However, I've run -EV on zone poker for months and the variance has destroyed my faith in this game. I have played a 200nl zone session and left that session with 2,200$. The issue is that the swings go both ways. I tried to maintain a 40 buy in bankroll but in retrospect this is way to shallow for zone. Do any of the more polished grinders on here have any insight on your personal approach to managing finances?
The fact that I've been taking shots at 10/20 on bovada
probably isn't helping my cause
I think I'm starting to realize that I can't commit 40hrs a week to 1/2 without at least 10,000 in poker capital. I'm also thinking about adding loss stops to my game.
