I'd like to know what's the general opinion about loose players that have 40BB to start with and that all their play is limp, call PF raise, donk shove. A 35BB shove doesn't look much but they usually build their stack early on and the shoves then go to 70BB-100BB.

I'm not sure what they are doing. I've seen them shoving any flop that is dry with a high card, has some kind of draw, has a possible straight or flush.

I usually tight my range and fold if they limp in unless I have suited broadway, AJ+ KQ+ TT+. But I have split feelings about it, on one hand I feel I'm missing value, on the other hand I feel it's not worth the risk of folding a large number of hands either PF or flop against them.

Any thoughts and strategies?

^this\those players are fish.Lmao at shoving 70-100bb in a limped pot.40bb is not enough for you to set mine against. If they reach that 70-100bb spot though you said they like to limp i would limp with any pp.Given position and the table flow of course.I hope the range you gave was to iso these fish not just limp along with them.

I tend to widen my range and go all in with them with AQ, JJ etc maybe Aj, I am not sure if this is a good idea, sometimes they are happy to get it in with any PP,ace or suited cards but other tight shortstacks seem to wait for good hands, get it in then leave the table...

If it is someone totally doing the shove thing any hand they decide to play, I will call them. If I lose a couple bucks so be it, and the worse hand I can beat them with is soooo sweet.
Usually their range is tight so if I do lose a couple of their buy ins I might tighten up.

The question was about loose SSS, so raise them up with anything you are ready to call shove. if they tend always call and insta donk flop call them light like with pp on low board or like AJ on QJ7 flop. It's 50/50 strategy but at least they will respect your rises next time :)
