And do you know how that would change in different games, from omaha to O8 and all the studs.

20 BI for pl/nl games is fairly aggressive.
300 big bets for limit games at least used to be the standard.

As for changes the more variance a game has the more BIs you'll want in your BR.

So, that 1K br could be sitting at $50 tables of NL or PL?

Play $25 tables, and with 500 big bets for limit games.
